Project managers who understand the market dynamics, competitive environment, technology implications and customer journeys. Typical project management trainings and coaching focuses on traditional mindset of time, cost, and scope or at best differentiating traditional versus agile project management.

I believe now is the time for project managers and certified project managers to understand the business environment, assess the challenges and opportunities organization is facing and lead a project from business objective perspective.

To help my leaders and equip them with right mindset and tools. I have designed a 12-week coaching program. It will help project managers become an industry independent leader. Project manager who can assess the organization environmental challenges, question the assumptions, and design an approach to lead a project which will help organization to grow in an uncertain and complex environment.

The program will have weekly 2 hours call with follow-up assignment and group discussions.

Every week I will discuss a specific case study with an activity to perform within a call. Then a reading assignment and group activity to perform and submit before the next week call.

That will help to understand the project intensive industries, their ongoing and upcoming initiatives and roadmap to implement these initiatives in an organization by engaging the stakeholders.
